Where do we meet for the cruise?

Your adventure starts at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina, located at 801 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. Head to A Dock (by Marina Village)—look for the red, white, and blue boat behind the the Sushi Song food kiosk. Plenty of paid parking is available onsite (about $10). Arrive 30 minutes early to check in, sign waivers, and board smoothly.

How long is the cruise?

The full experience lasts about 90 minutes from departure. This includes the intracoastal cruise, positioning in the Atlantic Ocean or intracoastal for fireworks viewing, and return to the marina.

What should I wear?

Temperatures range from 60-70°F but feel cooler on the water—bring a jacket or sweater! Festive New Year's Eve attire encouraged!

What if the weather is bad?

We prioritize your safety and enjoyment. In case of inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds, or storms), the cruise may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled. You'll receive a full credit or the option to rebook for another date/time (valid indefinitely). guests that opt into trip protection will be eligible for a refund for the amount of the trip. We monitor forecasts closely and notify you via email/text for any changes or updates.

Is the cruise suitable for kids and families?

Absolutely—it's family-friendly for all ages! Kids under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and we'll provide life jackets for little ones. The relaxed pace, upbeat music, and educational narration about local wildlife and history keep everyone engaged without overwhelming excitement. Families love spotting dolphins or manatees—it's a hit for multi-generational groups.

What's the cancellation policy?

All sales are final unless trip protection is purchased. Trip protection allows for a refund of ticket costs if the trip is canceled due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Those who opt out of trip protection may reschedule, or receive a credit to use at a future date.

Is the boat accessible for those with mobility issues?

The Sea Rocket is not fully wheelchair accessible due to vessel design & USCG restrictions. Guests with limited mobility should contact us in advance to discuss accommodations—we'll do our best to assist. Service animals are welcome with prior notice.
