Cancellation policy
Free and Full refunds are allowed until 5 days’ notice before your rental day. Customers will receive a full refund or reschedule in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers that purchase the weather protection will receive their money back minus the price of the weather protection only if we, the company, determines is not safe to leave with the boat. No-shows will be charged the full price. 50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before your rental day. Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable. The company will only reschedule in case of inclement weather (unless you have weather protection). Customers can only reschedule for unforeseen reasons 72 hours’ prior to your rental, there is a $15 fee for rescheduling. Maximum 1 reschedule per customer. The company reserves the right to cancel all reservations with 1 without notice due to bad weather (hurricane, rain, wind, called for bad small craft conditions). The company reserves the right to substitute or alter customers’ reservations with vessels of equal or better value. Please note; equal refers to vessels of the same-priced as the original purchase. “From the start Ingrid was easy to communicate with! Our captain Franco was excellent. He suggested going out in the ocean because of the calm conditions that day and it was so much fun. He navigated the wake well, and really tried to maximize our 4 hours. Then we enjoyed the sandbar. Boat was clean, comfortable, and plenty spacious for 8 girls. 12 adults would have been tight IMO, but 8 felt luxurious. Would totally recommend to groups! I wish we finished the day with the tour thru the millionaires row of fancy houses but we’re enjoying the sandbar for too long. Bachelorette parties recommended! Just make sure your group isnt hungover or gets motion sickness, would not recommend not doing this on the last day of your trip”

“Captain Franco was fantastic! We had a great time taking a trip out to Racoon Island and on the way back making a quick stop to cool off at the sandbar. He even noticed some dolphins ahead of us and we were able to get a great video. Venmo transactions made it super easy to book, and they even picked us up right in front of our hotel (Margaritaville). Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for another trip. 10/10”

“We had such a great experience with Anthony on our private boat ride in Fort Lauderdale! He was an amazing captain…very kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire trip. He took the time to explain all of the safety rules properly before we headed out, which made us feel comfortable and confident the whole time. One of our favorite parts was hearing all the interesting facts he knew about the beautiful waterfront homes and the area. He made the ride fun, relaxing, and informative. We would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a private boat experience in Fort Lauderdale. Great captain and an even better experience!”
