Where do we meet for the cruise?

Your adventure starts at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina, located at 801 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. Head to A-Dock (just behind Marina Village)—look for the red, white, and blue boat behind the the Sushi Song food kiosk. Plenty of paid parking is available onsite (about $10). Arrive 30 minutes early to check in, sign waivers, and board smoothly.

How long is the cruise?

The full experience lasts up to two hours from departure, including narrated sightseeing along the Intracoastal Waterway, an ocean inlet cruise, and prime fireworks viewing. Boarding begins 20-25 minutes before departure, so plan for about two and a half hours total including check-in.

Is the cruise suitable for kids and families?

Absolutely—it's family-friendly for all ages! Kids under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and we'll provide life jackets for little ones. The relaxed pace, upbeat music, and educational narration about local wildlife and history keep everyone engaged without overwhelming excitement. Families love spotting dolphins or manatees—it's a hit for multi-generational groups.

What's included in the ticket price?

It's a complete sightseeing experience—no hidden fees for the core adventure. We will have some complimentary drink options onboard, but feel free to BYOB! Gratuities for the crew are greatly appreciated!

What's the cancellation policy?

All sales are final unless trip protection is purchased. Trip protection allows for a refund of ticket costs if the trip is canceled due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Those who opt out of trip protection may reschedule, or receive a credit to use at a future date.

Do i need to bring anything special?

Pack light: Valid ID (for alcohol purchases if 21+), sunscreen, a light jacket for cooler evenings, and comfortable shoes. Cameras or phones are great for photos, but secure them against splashes. No need for reservations beyond your ticket—everything's set for a seamless sail.

Is the boat accessible for those with mobility issues?

This vessel is not fully wheelchair accessible. Guests with limited mobility should contact us in advance to discuss accommodations—we'll do our best to assist. Service animals are welcome with prior notice.
