Where do we meet for the cruise?

Your adventure starts at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina, located at 801 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. Head to C Dock (just west of Marina Village)—look for the red, white, and blue flags flying on the pier and our huge American flag boat. Plenty of paid parking is available onsite (about $10). Arrive 30 minutes early to check in, sign waivers, and board smoothly.

How long is the cruise?

The full experience lasts 60 minutes from departure. We explore all throughout the intracoastal, taking in the amazing lights displays. Boarding begins 15-20 minutes before departure, so plan for about 1.5 hours total including check-in. Exact departure times vary by season, so be sure to check your booking confirmation.

What if the weather is bad?

We prioritize your safety and enjoyment. In case of inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds, or storms), the cruise may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled. You'll receive a full credit or the option to rebook for another date/time (valid indefinitely). Guests that opt into trip protection will be eligible for a refund for the amount of the trip. We monitor forecasts closely and notify you via email/text for any changes or updates.

Is the cruise suitable for kids and families?

Absolutely—it's family-friendly for all ages! Kids under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The relaxed pace, upbeat music, and narration keeps everyone engaged without overwhelming excitement.

Are there seating options, and how are seats assigned?

Yes! Seats within each zone are first-come, first-served, so arrive early for your preferred spot. The boat holds up to 130 guests, ensuring plenty of space to spread out.

What's included in the ticket price?

Your ticket covers the 60-minute holiday lights cruise, professional crew, entertainment, and insightful commentary on Fort Lauderdale's landmarks like Millionaires' Row and Port Everglades. It's a complete sightseeing experience. Gratuities for the crew are greatly appreciated, but not included.

What can I buy onboard?

Indulge in our full-service bar with canned cocktails, beers, wines, and sodas at happy-hour prices (cash, card, Apple Pay accepted). Light snacks like chips and candy are also available. No outside food or drinks allowed to keep things clean and compliant. Professional photos & photo packages, including a 6x8 group shot and a digital package, can be purchased as you disembark for a fun keepsake.

What's the cancellation policy?

All sales are final unless trip protection is purchased. Trip protection allows for a refund of ticket costs if the trip is canceled due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Those who opt out of trip protection may reschedule, or receive a credit to use at a future date.
