โWe had an amazing experience with Tropical Sailing! From the moment we arrived, the crew was welcoming, professional, and made us feel right at home. The boat was clean, well maintained, and the entire trip was relaxing and enjoyable. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and created such a fun, safe atmosphere. I highly recommend Tropical Sailing. โThe Captains were great. Friendly and hospitable! The catamaran was beautiful! If my review was for them alone, Iโd give 5 stars! My friend purchased the ocean sunset sail for us for our birthday, and we were beyond excited! First time to sail on the ocean! Unfortunately, a bridge wouldnโt lift. We sat there for about 30mins then turned around. Never got to the ocean. They took a slightly different path back and called it a sight seeing tour. We were told we could purchase another trip and try again the next day with no guarantee the bridge would work. When I reached out to their email to be reimbursed, they refused. There are much cheaper options for intercoastal tours, and we had already done one for this trip. We spent roughly $168โฆ We could have paid less than $40 for the exact same tour. Very disappointing. We purchased an ocean sunset sail on the ocean and received a catamaran water taxi tour.โ
